He later transitioned to Wells Fargo Financial, specializing in FHA and Conventional loan programs, where his problem-solving acumen became invaluable in resolving complex lending and escrow issues.

Chris expanded his expertise into the commercial real estate sector, working with GE Capital Real Estate and Westfield Shopping Centers. In these roles, he honed a deep understanding of land use regulations, zoning codes, and development strategies. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker with Vinco Realty Group, Chris leverages his knowledge in multifamily tenant and landlord laws, buyout agreements, and comprehensive due diligence to guide clients through a wide variety of transactions. His attention to detail, particularly in marketing properties, analyzing architectural plans, and understanding construction elements, ensures a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and developers alike.

Chris holds a Master’s in Urban Planning with a concentration in Economic Development from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco (USF), where he also played Division I Collegiate Men’s Soccer.
